If you haven't yet discovered the world of on-line Bibles, you are in for a real treat. You can now find *anything* you ever wanted to find in almost any version of the Bible you can think of. Truly amazing! What a blessing to God's children to have His word in such abundance. From the traditional King James Version (KJV) to the best-selling New International Version (NIV) to the simplifed Bible In Basic English (BBE) to the scholarly American Standard Version (ASV) to the Latin Vulgate, plus many others: they're all *here*!

=>Commentary On The Whole Bible, by Jamieson, Fausset, and Brown This is a very detailed, very excellent comprehensive commentary. It explains everything, with a few notable exceptions, probably because they cannot explain them (Matthew 11:14-15, for instance). But it's better if they remain silent when they do not know, rather than guessing, as so many people do.
