AL-QAIDA FIGHTS AGAINST ALLAH, MURDERS MUSLIMS FOR POLITICAL REASONS

      A senior police official in Iraq has reported that
      Iraqi police have arrested four suspects linked to
      al-Qaida in the recent murderous bombing of Iraq's
      holiest Shiite Muslim shrine. The attack murdered
      more than one hundred Muslims, including Ayatollah
      Mohammed Baqir al-Hakim, who had urged all Iraqis to
      co-operate with the American occupying forces to
      create a new and stable government for all Iraq.

intentionally (except as punishmnent for specific crimes.)
