The idea of a CPR/First-Aid Ministry is this: You obtain training in CPR and First-Aid, and you provide these services as needed.
Anyone can learn CPR. You just have to find a course, take it, and be prepared to give CPR when needed.
First-Aid is more complicated, but well within the abilities of most people.
Your local health department or Red Cross office can probably direct you to the courses you can take.
