This website helps you measure and watch your personal metrics for health and fitness. And by measuring and watching these things, you help to improve your life.

At the bottom of this page you will find a PERSONAL METRICS FORM, which you can copy and use each day to record your personal metrics.

In measuring your personal metrics, you may need to acquire various meauring devices, such as scales, pedometers, blood pressure meters, glucose meters, etc. Most of these will be available from Amazon.com, as shown below:
