1. The voice of William McGinnis is a property of Bill McGinnis Internet, hereafter known as "we" or "us."

2. Unless otherwise agreed, we will provide "you," the purchaser with MP3 file(s) containing the words spoken by the voice of William McGinnis, according to the script(s) provided by you to us.

3. Unless otherwise agreed, the manner of delivery for these MP3 file(s) is by e-mail, from us to you.

4. Unless otherwise agreed, these files are understood to be "works for hire," and you become the owner of them, and all of their related rights, upon making payment in full.

5. Unless otherwise agreed, the price for these MP3 file(s) will be $10 USD per file, plus $10 per 30 seconds of recording time on the file, or fraction thereof.

6. Payment for each file becomes due immediately upon your receipt of that file. Unless otherwise agreed, payment will be made via PayPal.com to "Bill McGinnis Internet," using the PayPal button below, or equivalent. A late charge will be applied at the rate of twenty percent for each week the payment is late.

7. In all cases, the files and all their legal rights belong to us until such time as you pay for them in full. If you use them before payment is complete, that use constitutes a Copyright violation. After you have made full payment, the file(s) and all their legal rights belong to you.

8. In the event a file is unsatisfactory to you, for any reason, we will redo it until you are satisfied, or until we abandon the project, at our option. If we abandon the project, we retain the copyrights to any unpaid file(s) you have received, and you must erase them and not use them for any reason.

9. Unless otherwise agreed, either party (you or we) may abandon the project at any time for any reason, without penalty. In such a case, we continue to own any files you have not paid for, and you own any files you have paid for.
